Module description
This module introduces the programme and the practice of Human Resource Management It includes induction material and study skills, focusing particularly on the specific requirements of Masters-level study. In addition, we will be introducing Human Resource Management as an area of management practice, its purpose and evolution over time. We will look at the disciplines that underpin the effective study of Human Resource Management, and at how students can make the most of the programme to enhance their knowledge base, personal development and career plans.
