2. Description of the Programme

This Accountancy or Taxation Professional Level 7 Degree Apprenticeship will align to the Strategic Professional modules of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Once these modules have been completed and the professional exams passed, full membership of the ACCA will be achieved when the Practical Experience Requirement has been reached. The programme will ensure you are equipped with the technical knowledge required of a professional accountant. The key skills and expertise you gain will add significant value to your employer.

11. Regulation of Assessment and Academic Standards

Each academic programme in the University is subject to an agreed College assessment and marking strategy, underpinned by institution-wide assessment procedures.

The security of assessment and academic standards is further supported through the appointment of External Examiners for each programme. External Examiners have access to draft papers, course work and examination scripts. They are required to attend the Board of Examiners and to provide an annual report.
